Entity Identifier (LEI). GLEIF manages a network of partners, the LEI issuing organizations, to provide
trusted services and open, reliable data for unique legal entity identification worldwide. GLEIF
services ensure the operational integrity of the Global LEI System and facilitate making the LEI a

Position summary

The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the recruitment, training, performance
management and payroll to support the success of GLEIF’s human resource management. As an HR
Coordinator (m/f/d) you will support the HR team in tasks along the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of all administrative HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle from entry
    to exit
  • Participation in the recruiting process including the creation of advertisements, applicant
    management, appointment coordination
  • Collaboration in various HR related projects
  • Participation in personnel development topics (360° Survey and Skill Development)
  • Support and representation in HR reporting as well as in data maintenance and
    documentation
  • Internal contact for employees
  • Support of the HR Manager

Experience and competencies for success

  • Experience (at least 2+ years) in a HR department or private sector employment agency
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree
  • Working knowledge of HR management techniques and processes desirable
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-cultural team environment
  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a positive,
    cooperative attitude
  • Highly motivated hands-on candidate with superior ability to multitask and complete
    assignments within time constraints and deadlines with minimal direct supervision
  • Dedication to colleague service and support
  • Basic knowledge of German labor law desirable
  • Experience with Personio or Evalea a plus
  • Excellent writing skills and demonstrable hands-on expertise using MS Office (Word, Excel
    and Powerpoint) and a quick learner of processes and systems
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills required; business level written and spoken German
    desirable; other language skills would be a plus
