Связывание идентификаторов с коммерческими реестрами и другими авторитетными источниками



Инициатива фонда GLEIF по «связыванию» направлена на оптимизацию процессов комплексной проверки контрагентов и повышение прозрачности глобальных транзакций за счет повышения идентифицируемости и открытости предприятий во всем мире.

Каждая запись LEI содержит ключевую справочную информацию, зарегистрированную местными авторитетными источниками, что позволяет четко и однозначно идентифицировать юридические лица во всем мире. Инициатива по «связыванию» добавляет специальный URL-адрес к записям LEI организаций, зарегистрированных участвующими авторитетными источниками, что обеспечивает простой и прямой доступ к официальным регистрационным данным каждой организации и связанной с ней документации на веб-сайте соответствующего реестра.

Это значительно упростит проверки «Знай своего клиента» (KYC), «Знай своего поставщика» (KYS) и выполнение других обязательств по комплексной проверке для глобальных пользователей данных. Это устраняет необходимость для глобальных пользователей данных изначально идентифицировать соответствующий регистрационный орган, переходить на нужный веб-сайт, переводить его на местный язык, а затем вручную искать организацию по ее регистрационному номеру предприятия.

Каждый реестр содержит дополнительные данные по сравнению со справочными данными LEI, относящиеся к этом реестру и национальному законодательству. Ниже приведена таблица с описанием каждого связанного реестра и его дополнительных ресурсов данных. Сюда входит информация о должностных лицах, других уполномоченных представителях, конечных бенефициарах, годовой отчетности, количестве сотрудников и т. д.

Доступные данные различаются в зависимости от реестра и не всегда предоставляются бесплатно.
