Established by the Financial Stability Board in June 2014, the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation
(GLEIF) is a not-for-profit organization created to support the implementation and use of the Legal Entity
Identifier (LEI). GLEIF manages a network of partners, the LEI issuing organizations, to provide trusted
services and open, reliable data for unique legal entity identification worldwide. GLEIF services ensure
the operational integrity of the Global LEI System and facilitate making the LEI a broad public good
available on our website. As a result, the LEI remains the industry standard best suited to providing open
and reliable data for unique legal entity identification management. Building on this foundation, GLEIF is
also pioneering the verifiable LEI (vLEI), a digitally native credential that enables automated, secure, and
verifiable identification of legal entities and their authorized representatives in digital ecosystems. Learn

Position summary

The Student/Intern will support the Business Operations Department (BOPs) team managing and
organizing the department, business, and operational support, compiling and distributing documents,
coordinating meetings and conferences, maintaining calendars, and the production of reports,
spreadsheets and presentations. The Student/Intern will be reporting to the Head of Business
Development – LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target and solution focused support of the BOPs team in daily and project business
  • Perform document and records management activities, including production and composition
    of reports and presentations (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Support customer relationship management system support
  • Creation of decision templates, presentations, analysis and reports
  • Preparation and organization of meetings including meeting minutes
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects

Experience and competencies for success:

  • Matriculated student, preferably in the areas of finance, economics, business management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
    and functions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tolls, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
    Outlook
  • Experience manipulating spreadsheets with large quantities of data and performing
    quantitative analyses
  • High level of accuracy and thoroughness in task execution, particularly when working with data
    and supporting CRM-related activities (e.g., entering and maintaining records, assisting with
    CRM projects and user training)
  • Flexible and able to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Fluent spoken and written English, additional language skills like Spanish, French and
    Portuguese are advantageous

Location: Frankfurt – Germany
Scope: parttime (20 hrs/week)

All foreign applicants from outside the EU must have a valid Residence Permit to work in Germany.
