Vinculação de identificadores a registradores de empresas e outras fontes autorizadas
A iniciativa de “vinculação” da GLEIF tem como objetivo agilizar os processos de due diligence de contrapartes e aumentar a transparência nas transações globais, ao melhorar a capacidade de detecção e identificação de empresas em todo o mundo.
Cada registro de LEI inclui informações de referência essenciais, fornecidas por fontes locais confiáveis, para garantir a identificação clara e única de entidades jurídicas em nível global. A iniciativa de “vinculação” inclui um URL dedicado nos registros de LEI de entidades registradas por fontes confiáveis participantes, facilitando o acesso direto e simples aos dados oficiais de registro de cada entidade e à documentação associada no site do registro pertinente.
Isso simplificará consideravelmente as verificações de Conheça seu cliente (KYC), Conheça seu fornecedor (KYS) e outras obrigações de due diligence para os usuários de dados globais. Isso elimina a necessidade de os usuários de dados globais identificarem inicialmente a autoridade de registro relevante, acessarem o site correto, traduzirem-no para o idioma local e, em seguida, pesquisarem manualmente uma organização utilizando seu número de registro empresarial.

Cada registro contém dados adicionais em comparação aos dados de referência de LEI, específicos para seu registro e legislação nacional. Veja abaixo uma tabela descrevendo cada registro vinculado e seus recursos de dados adicionais. Isso inclui informações sobre executivos, representantes autorizados, proprietários beneficiários finais, contas anuais, número de funcionários e diversos outros dados relevantes.
Os dados disponíveis variam por registro e nem sempre estão disponíveis gratuitamente.
