Tanımlayıcıları Ticaret Sicillerine ve Diğer Yetkili Kaynaklara Bağlama



GLEIF'in "bağlama" girişimi, şirketlerin küresel çapta tanımlanabilirliğini ve keşfedilebilirliğini artırarak, karşı tarafın özenli inceleme süreçlerini kolaylaştırmayı ve küresel işlemlerde şeffaflığı artırmayı amaçlıyor.

Her LEI kaydı, tüzel kişilerin dünya genelinde açık ve benzersiz bir şekilde tanımlanmasını sağlamak amacıyla yerel yetkili kaynaklarca kaydedilen temel referans bilgilerini içerir. "Bağlantı" girişimi, katılımcı yetkili kaynaklar tarafından kaydedilen kuruluşların LEI kayıtlarına özel bir URL ekleyerek, ilgili sicilin web sitesinde her kuruluşun resmi kayıt verilerine ve ilgili belgelere kolay ve doğrudan erişim sağlıyor.

Bu, küresel veri kullanıcıları için Müşterini Tanı (KYC), Tedarikçini Tanı (KYS) kontrollerini ve diğer gerekli durum tespiti yükümlülüklerini önemli ölçüde kolaylaştıracaktır. Küresel veri kullanıcılarının öncelikle ilgili kayıt makamını belirleme, doğru web sitesine gitme, bunu yerel dile çevirme ve ardından işletme kayıt numarasını kullanarak bir kuruluşu manuel olarak arama zorunluluğunu ortadan kaldırır.
