Position summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, talented individual with a Service Management background as
Process Manager who ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and
prompt handling of process instances. This position places special emphasis on the management of
ITIL related processes and the preparation of ISO 20000 audits. If you are driven by improving work
flows that are lean and beneficial for all involved without bureaucratic burden, this will be a position
for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure as Process Manager the day to day operation of your processes, process trainings as
well as adherence to your processes - Implement best practices and continually improve your processes
- Monitor the process performance, create regular process reports and trigger needed actions
- Manage ISO 20000 internal and external audits for your processes
- Process consulting for other internal teams
Experience and competencies for success
- Experience (3+ years) as Process Manager
- University degree, preferably in computer science, information systems or computer
engineering - Strong experience with incident, problem and service request management (ITIL v3)
- Experience with Configuration Management Data Base modeling
- Strong experience with process definition, process tools and the implementation of
processes - Profound knowledge in ITIL v3; experience with audits a plus
- Proactive and dynamic
- High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and guide teams to solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
