Hosted by the Bank of Ghana in partnership with Currency Research, the Cedi@60 Anniversary Currency Conference is a landmark event commemorating 60 years of Ghana’s national currency, the cedi. Currency and digital payments leaders from across Africa and beyond will explore the legacy and future of the cedi, with discussions on digital payment innovation and financial inclusion, cross-border payments, CBDC and stablecoins, banknote design and security features, monetary stability, and much more. This special event is FREE for the following organization types: central and commercial banks, governments/regulators, multilateral financial institutions, education, FX, state mints/prints, and FMIs.
