GLEIF manages a network of partners, the LEI issuing organizations, to provide trusted services and open, reliable data for unique legal entity identification worldwide. GLEIF services ensure the operational integrity of the Global LEI System and facilitate making the LEI a broad public good available on our website. Position summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, talented individual with first experience and/or strong interest in process management. This position places special emphasis on supporting the process managers in their daily business with a focus in the are of Service Level Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the monthly SLA creation
  • Support the daily process management (verifications, report creations, audit preparations, process tool enhancements etc.)
  • Support project implementations of the service management team

Experience and competencies for success

  • You are studying economics, (economic) computer science or similar
  • Experience with process definition and modelation
  • Demonstrated process thinking and excellent attention to details
  • Working knowledge of project management
  • Knowledge in ITIL and/or service management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Scope: Part-time
